ARTWORK & TYPESETTING
Screen Printing – Preferred formats for printing: Adobe Illustrator (AI or EPS) vector files. All art must be in vector format and all text/fonts must be converted to outlines. Email art to: email@example.com.
Digitally Sublimated – Preferred formats for Photo Images are; AI, EPS, TIFF or JPG and must be 300 DPI or higher resolution. Spot Color preferred formats are; AI, PDF or EPS with all text/fonts converted to outlines. The design should match the dimensions of the product at 100%. Email art to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Embroidery – Most art files are acceptable for embroidery. We accept digitized tapes (DST & EMB files). Email embroidery art/ tapes to: email@example.com.
Typesetting – Typesetting services are available for a minimal charge. Please provide the font as well as a mock-up or detailed layout.
Screen Printing – Digital proofs are emailed within 2-3 days of receipt of the purchase order and usable electronic artwork. First paper proof is free, each additional proof is $10.00(G).
Embroidery – A sew out (scanned image of a sewn logo) is emailed within 5 working days of receipt of purchase order and artwork. First sew out is free, additional sew outs may incur charges depending on stitch count. TC embroidery department will advise.
Screen Printing – Film is kept on file for one year from last order. Reorders after one year will need new screens and will be billed at regular price. Ink color change charges are $31.25(G) for sport $62.50(G) for beach per color. Metallic inks are available on golf and beach towels at a surcharge. Call customer service for details. Only dark color inks and tone-on-tone methods will be used to print on color beach towels. Color golf and sport towels can be printed using methods other than tone-on-tone. For plastisol printing add $.32(G) - available on golf/sport towels ONLY. We use created PMS colors. We cannot guarantee exact PMS color matching, we will match as close as possible without a charge.
4-Color Process Screen Printing – This process is restricted to certain styles and has limitations depending on the detail of the design (Beach = 300 pc. min. /Sport & Golf = 500 pc. min.) It is advised that TC reviews all possible 4-color process artwork to determine whether or not it is suitable for this method of printing. 4-color process is not available on color towels – white towels only. Most 4-color process jobs require the four primary screens as well as additional spot color screens depending on the design. Many designs originated in 4-color process can be converted to spot color printing and produced at a lesser charge. Our Art Department will determine whether this conversion can be done. Art charges are additional and will be determined at the time of art review.
Digitally Sublimated Printing – This process is restricted to certain styles. Artwork submitted should be at least 300 dpi, lower resolution may result in lesser clarity. PMS colors should be provided for reference. However, an exact PMS color match is not guaranteed since this process is printed in 4-Color Process only. Solid, dark color backgrounds should be avoided as color intensity may diminish.
Embroidery – All embroidery prices are based on 6000 stitches (3000 for slippers). Additional stitches are $.38(G)/1000. Metallic threads are an additional $.50(Z) per item. Thread color change charge is $31.25(G). If digitized file is supplied, TC can only increase/decrease the size of the logo by 10-15% and requires an edit charge. Suppression fill may need to be added to logos on micro fleece items to keep the logo from getting lost in the fibers. This will increase the stitch count some. TC ALWAYS uses solvy at no additional charge. All embroidered products (except robes) are bulk packed. If individual folding/packaging is needed, call for pricing.
Monogramming/Personalization – Add $10.00(G) to the blank price of the item for monogramming. There is no tape charge for this process. Embroidery font library available upon request & on website.
An electronic list of monograms/personalizations must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Handwritten lists will not be accepted.
RETURNS & CLAIMS
All cancellations MUST be submitted in writing and are subject to restocking charges and/or cancellation fees. ALL returns MUST have a return authorization number which can be obtained by calling customer service. Blank goods that have been altered (addition of grommets, corner or tri-fold, etc.) are NOT returnable for credit. All claims for defective or misprinted merchandise must be made within 15 days of invoice date. Failure to do so will void all claims.
Blank Product shipped to Decorators – Blank products received are to be inspected (for defects, style, color and size) prior to decorating. Claims made after decorating will be denied. Terry Collection will not be responsible for shortage claims when merchandise is shipped to a decorator, and must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods regarding any product issues.
Poly bagging is available at a surcharge of $.25(G) per item. Call for pricing on quantities over 2000. All robes are folded and packaged in individual poly bags at no additional charge. All printed and custom items are individually folded and bulk packed.
Most items are F.O.B. our Georgia Facility, 30295. Please call to confirm. Freight quotes are estimated and freight charges may be adjusted at time of invoicing. Terry Collection will not be responsible for difference. Foreign shipments MUST ship on either your account or your customer’s shipping account. Billing address must be submitted if 3rd party shipping account is provided. The shipping carrier is responsible for timely delivery once accepting consignment from factory. Any claims for delays or damage in transit must be made with carrier.
The first 2 drop shipments are no additional charge, each additional location is $8.00(Z).

Price and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or better value when necessary. Variances in weight, size and imprint location of +/- 7% are considered to be within acceptable manufacturing tolerances. This may account for screen printed images not being 100% centered. Products may vary in color and texture from one lot to another. We cannot guarantee exact color matching of products or ink colors on re-orders.
Production time begins when both art & credit are approved. Most blank orders ship within 24 hours. For grommet and hook items, add 1-2 days. Normal production time for most imprinted/embroidered orders is 7-10 working days. Pre-preproduction samples may add 3-4 working days to normal production time. For heat transfer bag imprints, allow 10-15 days after art approval. Rush service available. Production time for imported/custom orders varies – call factory for details.

TC reserves the right to request pre-payment on orders. After processing your credit application, terms and credit limits will be determined.

All logos pictured in this catalog with and without trademarks, copyrights and registration marks are shown in this catalog to illustrate our decorating capabilities ONLY and are NOT for sale. We reserve the right to use customer supplied logos in our catalog and advertising materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
Towels – Printed towels are to be washed separately. Wash prior to first use. Machine wash cold. Some ink wash out is normal. Wash separately to prevent color transfer. Do not use bleach or launder commercially.
Robes – Wash prior to first use. Machine wash cold. Do not use bleach and wash colors separately.
OVER/UNDER RUN POLICY
Terry Collection reserves the right to bill and ship a 5% over/under run for orders of 144 pcs or more. For quantities under 144 pcs. There is a 10% over/under run. We do not guarantee exact quantity requests. You can request “No over Runs”. These orders are subject to under runs. Shortages will not be re-done!
Samples may be purchased at end column price. Samples in good condition may be returned within 30 days for a full credit (less freight). Samples returned in a manner other than its original form will NOT be credited. All sample requests must be submitted in writing, fax or email email@example.com.
